Embark on a five-day coffee immersion journey with us! From exploring specialty coffee farms and delving into agroclimatic nuances to hands-on experiences in milling, roasting, and sensory analysis, our expert-led workshops cover every aspect of the coffee-making process.

Travel Itinerary
Day 1 - Farm
We will visit a specialty coffee farm where we will discuss agroclimatic, agronomic, processing, and drying aspects in depth.
Day 2 - Milling and Green Coffee
We will interact with the parchment, analyze its moisture, color, aroma, the milling process, and perform granulometric analysis. Additionally, we will identify the main defects of Colombian coffee.
Day 3 - Roasting
We will consciously roast the green beans obtained from the previous process using high technology and specialized software to develop the more than 2000 components within a coffee bean.
Day 4 - Sensory Analysis
Over these five days, it is necessary to develop our sensory skills as the success of managing a roaster depends on this.
Day 5 - Extraction
Finally, we arrive at an extraction workshop, a term we use to define the fundamental components that make up a great cup of coffee.
