Method
Dose and distribute coffee grounds into the portafilter, tamp evenly and firmly, pour hot water, stir, steep for 1-2 minutes, press down, and pour.
Chemex
Method
Rinse the filter, pour medium ground coffee, pre-infuse for 30 sec, pour remaining water slowly for 3 minutes, and enjoy!
Espresso
Method
Pour fine ground coffee into the portafilter, distribute evenly and firmly tamp. Gently insert the portafilter in the machine, brew and enjoy!
Pour Over
Method
Pre-wet the filter, add coffee grounds, pour 25% of hot water in slowly (circular motion), bloom for 30 seconds, allow it to drain, and repeat until desired coffee volume is reached.
French Press
Method
Add coffee grounds, pour 25% hot water, stir gently, bloom for 30 seconds, pour remaining water, steep for 4 minutes, press down the plunger slowly, and pour.
